Subscription TERMS
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Rollovers:
Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month. All subscription sessions must be used within the current month, starting from the date of payment. Any unused sessions at the end of the month will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
2. Booking Responsibility:
It is the client's responsibility to log in to their account and schedule their filming sessions within the subscription period. To book a session, simply click "Book Now" on your account dashboard, select the desired session time, and choose the "Pay with Subscription" option.
3. Session Timing:
The clock for your scheduled filming session begins at the booked start time, regardless of your arrival time. We recommend arriving on time or at least 20 minutes early to ensure your full session is utilized.
*Example: If you book a session for 6:00 PM and arrive at 6:30 PM, your session will still start at 6:00 PM, and you will only have 30 minutes remaining for recording.
4. No Refunds:
Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions or missed appointments.
5. Cancellation & Subscription Renewal:
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not automatically renew for the following month. You will retain access to any remaining sessions until the end of the current billing cycle. If sessions are unused by the end of the cycle, they will be forfeited with no refund.
Ineligibility for Re-Subscription: If you cancel your subscription before completing three months of payments and sessions, you will be ineligible to re-subscribe to our services in the future.
Inactive Subscription: If 1 full month passes without any usage and we have not received any communication from you regarding your subscription, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription until further notice. To reactivate, please contact us directly.
6. Rescheduling Appointments:
You may reschedule at any time before the original appointment; however, a $25 fee applies to rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment
7. Inebriates:
Inebriation or paraphernalia of any kind is strictly prohibited in the studio. Sessions will be forfeited if you arrive intoxicated, smell of substances, or use any kind of substance in the studio. Low to moderate drinking is permitted only in spill-proof tumblers
8. Agreement to Terms:
By obtaining a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer, as well as our full Terms and Conditions, which are available on our website. Subscription is contingent upon your acceptance of these terms.

SESSION TERMS

You can cancel or reschedule your sessions at any time; however, a $25 fee applies if you do so within 24 hours of the appointment.
4. Inebriates:
Inebriation or paraphernalia of any kind is strictly prohibited in the studio. Sessions will be forfeited if you arrive intoxicated, smell of substances, or use any kind of substance in the studio. Low to moderate drinking is permitted only in spill-proof tumblers.
5. Storage:
Clients must supply their own data storage. The storage medium must be an SSD hard drive with a high read and write speed. Sandisk Extreme Pro SSD or Sandisk Professional Thunderbolt SSD is preferred. It is recommended that customers have a large amount of storage available. If the customer runs out of storage, EVRY Media will not delete old files unless requested by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to transfer files to a new drive if they run out of space and wish for the old files to be on the new drive. If requested, EVRY Media can transfer files but will not be held responsible for files corrupting or deleting during the process. EVRY Media is not responsible for session files corrupting on your hard drive during or after your recording session, including the recommended hard drives listed. Thumb drives are not permitted or compatible.

EDITING TERMS & TURN AROUND
First Draft Completion
After all required materials for your video edit are submitted, we guarantee that the first draft will be completed within 4 business days. This allows our talented team ample time to carefully assess your requirements and create a strong foundation for the final product.
Example: If EVRY Media begins editing on a Tuesday but the client submits necessary clips on Friday, the 4-business-day timeline starts from Friday. We are committed to delivering your edit as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
Second Draft Completion
Perfection is achieved through collaboration. After reviewing the first draft, you can provide feedback and request revisions. We commit to delivering the second draft within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your input. This ensures we refine your video to align with your vision.
Additional Clip Delivery
If additional clips are required to enhance your project, simply submit the necessary timestamps. We promise to deliver these clips within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your request, ensuring your project remains on schedule.
Business Days and Operating Hours
Our business days are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requests or submissions made after operating hours will be considered as received on the next business day. We value your time and will prioritize your requests promptly within our working hours.

Damages
The customer is responsible for any damage to property within EVRY Media in any form of media. If any item is damaged by the customer or anyone accompanying them, the customer agrees to cover the full cost of replacing the item at its retail price.
In the event that furniture is stained by the customer or their guests, the customer is responsible for the cost of professional cleaning. If the stain prevents further sessions from being conducted, the customer is liable for any resulting financial losses. If the stain cannot be removed, the customer must cover the full retail cost of replacing the furniture.
